Terms and Conditions

Welcome! We're so glad you're here. These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between you (the client) and Gianni Creative Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”) when you book our photography or design services. Please read through them before working with us.

Booking and Payment

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due before final delivery or on the day of your session/event.
Dates are only reserved once your deposit is received and confirmed via email.
For design projects: payments, timelines and milestones will be outlined once the project begins.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Photography bookings: If you need to reschedule, we’ll do our best to accommodate. Cancellations result in forfeiting the deposit.
Design projects: If the project is cancelled after work has begun, you’ll be invoiced for the time spent up to that point.

Delivery Timeline

Photography: You’ll receive your final edited images within 2–4 weeks (depending on the project scope).
Design: Delivery times vary per project, but we’ll always communicate a clear timeline and keep you updated along the way.

Image and Design Rights

Photography: We retain the copyright to all images but grant you personal usage rights (printing, sharing with friends/family, etc.). Please don’t sell or heavily edit our photos.
Design: Once the final design is delivered and paid for, you own the final files for the agreed-upon purpose (e.g., branding, print). We may showcase the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

Creative Style

By booking us, you’re trusting our creative vision. We’ll always do our best to reflect your preferences, but final editing, styling and design decisions are made at our discretion to ensure quality and consistency with our portfolio.

Client Responsibility

Please be on time, prepared and responsive throughout your project. For photography, let us know about any special requests in advance. For design, clear and timely feedback keeps the project flowing smoothly.

Liability

While we take great care in our work, Gianni Creative Studio is not liable for:

Delays caused by technical issues, illness, weather or circumstances beyond our control. We will always reschedule photography sessions if the weather is unfavourable.
Loss or damage of photos after final delivery (if you need us to resend your photos, please let us know).
Printing errors by third parties (unless we manage the printing for you).

Privacy

We respect your privacy. Personal information is used only to communicate with you and deliver your project. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.

Usage in Portfolio

We love sharing our work, but we’ll always ask before posting your photos or project publicly. If you’d prefer to keep your session or design private, just let us know.
